Very relaxing 5 night stay. Warm welcome from host. Nice and light room with street views. A walk-in shower, dryers, toiletries, and bath sheets available. Setting very close to the centre of Simouth 50m from the beachfront, lovely shops/ cafes and bus terminus, sea front and lovely shops/ cafes. Btw, located close to all amenities.

I chose to stay here because it's wheelchair accessible, and everything went smoothly.

the location was good very close to the seafront with a glimpse of the sea, and had everything you needed. furthermore, it was really close to the centre of simouth 50m from the beachfront, and the beach and sea.

Perfect location, just a short walk from the beach and town center. the apartment was well-equipped, with a beautifully furnished kitchen and spotlessly clean throughout. the hosts were very helpful and quickly resolved a small issue we had. Plus, the apartment had a guaranteed parking space, which was a great convenience.

The parking space was a bit tight to access, especially if you have a larger car. the underground car park was accessed via a narrow lane, which could be challenging during peak seasons.

We had a really relaxing stay in a great location, close to everything and the host gave us helpful tips. The place was wonderful, only a 10-minute walk to a museum.

Our stay was really enjoyable, the location was magnificent, right in the center of town, close to shops, the promenade.

This place is a good place to stay if you are planning on visiting the area, as we had a great and relaxing experience and we would definitely come back here in the future.

The setting here is absolutely exceptional and the rooms are bright and inviting, making it the perfect place to stay for a memorable getaway.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and town center. We especially loved the glimpse of the sea from the apartment, it added to the overall charm. the guaranteed parking space was also a huge plus, making it easy for us to come and go without any hassle.

The parking space was a bit tight and tricky to access, which could be difficult for larger cars. It would have been helpful to have two sets of keys.

We got amazing value for our money at Coast! The room was clean, modern, and had a beautiful view of the sea from the kitchen. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town and beach. Charlotte and Michael were great hosts, providing excellent communication and even leaving us milk and biscuits as a nice surprise!

The breakfast menu could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

our second visit to the apartment in sidmouth was even better than the first. the location is unbeatable, with a glimpse of the sea and close to the beach. the apartment itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped. michael, the host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect - we couldn't ask for more. guaranteed parking space is a bonus.

Two sets of keys would have been helpful.
